Founder, CEO & Strategic Advisor

Amir Zohuri is an IT strategy and transformation leader with over a decade of experience helping startups, scale-ups, and established organizations design technology foundations that support real business growth.

Before founding Zotech Advisory, Amir held senior IT strategy and transformation roles, including serving as an IT Strategy & Transformation Manager at KPMG, where he advised organizations on large-scale digital transformation, operating model design, cloud strategy, and cybersecurity initiatives. This experience gave him deep exposure to enterprise-grade frameworks, governance, and decision-making, and a clear understanding of why those models often fail when applied directly to startups.

Across his career, Amir has led and advised on initiatives spanning IT modernization, cybersecurity, digital workplace, cloud migrations, and operating model design across Europe and international markets. He has worked closely with founders, executives, and leadership teams at fast-growing companies such as DrSmile, Razor Group, Bitazza, and others, helping them improve scalability, efficiency, and resilience.

Amir holds certifications across ITIL 4, TOGAF, COBIT, CISSP, PMP, and modern cloud and AI platforms. Fluent in four languages and shaped by a global professional background, he brings a pragmatic, structured, and founder-focused approach to every engagement.
